Upcoming Meeting of the South Bay Chameleon Keepers group

How many folks attend the meetings? :)
Howdy Jason,

If I said a hundred would you fly-in to attend ? There are roughly a dozen keepers who have either responded that they will attend or have attended one of the meetings. We usually get around 6 to attend at once but hope to grow to larger numbers. We haven't advertised at any of the local reptile stores yet. That might pull-in a lot more.

We are also collecting ideas/topics for future meetings.

I swear... I didn't know I couldn't do that officer!

I've made the trip in three hours by car....... I was only going 105 most of the way... what can I say... ya can't impede traffic :D:p:rolleyes::eek::D:p:rolleyes:

Hmmm, completely write off a trip to my favorite damned city in the world, get the best Dim Sum (at Dol Ho on Pacific, IIRC) ever, get to see the coolest petstore, and get some crab?

What's the down side?

Maybe if you get the turf war with the North Bay Chameleon Keepers resolved and get your numbers up, I can swing it!

Howdy All,

Sorry for the short notice reminder. Been out of town.

The next meeting is currently scheduled for TOMORROW(!) February 26, 2008 from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.

It'll be at the same location:
Toyota Automobile Museum (no sign!)
2076 Artesia Blvd
Torrance, CA 90504.

Remember, it's hard to see the building from the street since there is a pretty big parkng lot in front of it and the building has the windows painted black. It is very nice inside though :).

Howdy,

Just dashed in the house before I dash out in about 30 minutes and saw your messages. Yep, I'll have my UVB meter there if you want to check some lights :). We never know for sure how many people can make it but don't expect to see more than a dozen yet . Hope to see more new faces as well as the usual suspects :D.
