Update after surgery from bumps on nose

So 2 days ago Da Vinci had a minor surgery to remove the pus out of his nose. He gave me antibiotics that I have to give him every 3 days. Yesterday in the night I saw he had an eye infection where his pupil was completely white. So I did some research and gave him a 20 minute shower and by the time he was out his eyes are completely clean and he was seeing and acting like he always does. I have seen him rub his eye only once so far. Should I be concerned? Here is a pic of him and on his head u can see his 2 holes from the surgery. I have also been cleansing the cut with Betadine (diluted of course)

if he does it more i would take him to the vet he will give you eye drops but when my cham did that i showered and sprayed all day and it went away:)

i would say at this point that if he able to clear his eyes with showers, keep moving forward with the current treatment. The sinuses are connected to the eye socket (think of how when you cry, your nose runs - i assume it is similar in reptiles, someone please correct me if I am wrong), so it may be that he is clearing residual fluids or pus from the surgery. However, you do need to keep a very close eye on him still. He is not out of the woods yet, but hopefully he is on the road to recovery. The antibiotics should treat almost any infection in the body, so unless you see a worsening of his conditions, stay with what your vet prescribed.

Thanks I am keeping him on check and basically spending the day with him to check for further changes

I am glad the surgery went well. I know he must feel better. I agree with the others, shower and wait.
