Upgrading

Good morning everyone,

I have a veiled, Leon, who is nearing one year old and I want to upgrade his enclosure to something more awesome. He's a grumpy guy, but oh so handsome and I really want to do something great for him. I plan on building a cage to roughly 4ft tall (he's currently in a large repti-breeze) or more. If this is insufficient, please let me know and I will make those adjustments.

My main questions are as follows: I want to get a nice plant to put in the cage (I currently have fake vines and such), but am unsure of what to put in there. I want something that he will like to climb on, so it's got to be sturdy. What would you suggest? Also, what's the best way to go about getting branches? Do you just go outside and get your own, or do you buy them? If buying, where is the best place to go? If you collect your own, what's the best way to treat them?

Thanks for all of your help!

Here's a picture of Leon. He usually hates pictures, but I caught him sleeping.

You could always get a dragon strand breeder cage. They're pretty big, have pre made walls so your mist doesn't spread all over the room, and have pre made branch holders (for fake vines!).

You can put a ficus, pothos, umbrella plant (those are the three most common here) or a hibiscus (get a grow light) or something different on the safe plant list.

Vines are easy! Here is my DIY tutorial for branches outside.
