ups damaged crickets---lol

Hey everybody, just wanted to share a bad ups experience. I just noticed the other day I was really low on crickets, so I immediately jumped on the net to order 500. I paid an extra $20 dollars to next day air them from georgia to florida. Instead of coming right here my poor crickets went from GA to SC to PA and finally to FL. It looks like they were sent out on the truck this morning and returned to the local facility a few hours later damaged. Has anyone had this happen to them before, is there something I need to do?? I just keep thinking about the look on the drivers face when he went to get a box out of the back of the truck and there were hundreds of crickets running around, lol.

You can file a claim with the shipper if they don't make it.

once i paid extra 20 dollars for 3 day shipping and got regular 5 day shipping. if u want real overnight shipping go with FEDEX. if its available from the shipper.

I checked the tracking website and now it says that I refused delivery and the package is being sent back to the shipper. It also says that some of the merchandise was missing so I guess there really was crickets running all over the truck. I am just wondering if ups has to pay the cricket company before I recieve the crickets I ordered, and am I supposed to make a claim with ups or will the people I ordered them from??
