I am leaving for a trip this afternoon and my female veiled chameleon is in her sand box. She was receptive a few weeks ago and recently had orange and robin's egg blue spots but wasn't too large in the tummy. She had been crawling around on the ground in the past day or two. She was eating fine and I really didn't see a big size difference. I've put up a blanket so that she can't see out of the bottom half of the cage. Iggy is my first chameleon and this would be the first time she is gravid/in sandbox. We have a ton of other animals, but our house sitter isn't too into reptiles, so what are the most important things she needs to know?
