Using T5 fixture with T5HO bulb?

I'm looking into replacing my current Reptisun 5.0 T5HO that is about 5 months old with the Arcadia 6% T5HO, and noticed that Arcadia says it "must be used with a T5HO fixture". I currently have a dual T5 fixture for Bernard that I read to purchase somewhere on here. One bulb is a 6500k bulb for plants and the other is his UVB. I just now noticed it's not a "T5HO fixture", just a T5 fixture.. Does this affect anything? My Reptisun seems to be working fine in it, but now I'm unsure. Can I put the Arcadia in this fixture? Link to the fixture I have.

If the fixture is rated for the wattage of your uv bulb then it's useable if not home depot has those 32 to 40 watt fixture for 15.00 that will work

Thanks, so if the Arcadia D3 T-5 is 24 Watt, and my fixture is 2X 24 Watt, it should be fine, even though it's not labeled as "high output"?
