uv light and controller

can you recommend a uv light,reflector & controller?? its for a 6ft high by 2 1/2 ft wide by 1.3 foot depth
id just like a few options

not the exact one but similar.im going to knock out the glass in the doors then mesh them.then cut off the roof and mesh it also.the cabinet im looking at has glass windows on the 2 sides so i will also mesh them too.and put some vents in the back.i will drill a hole at the bottom and put a litter tray in the cupboard for drainage.
its for a panther chameleon.
also ive read to just lay the tube along the top bare?
wont this burn him if he walks along the top?

i was going to get the arcadia slimline 24w luminaire but the place i was going to buy it from are out of stock,so i need another option? also ive gone from wanting a 3ft high to a 6ft high so i wasnt sure if i need a higher wattage bulb than a 24w.also its for a baby panther.he wont have full run of the viv till his 6 months.as im going to put in a shelf halfway to make it smaller.then take it away down the line

I love my Arcadia UVB bulbs! Very bright and last at least a year. (6 months with most) I would recommend the 6%, I think the example you showed had a 12% bulb. Assuming from the website you are in U.K.? I'm sure there will be others who would know where to get arcadia fixtures over there .
