Is the way I have the uvb and bulb good or do I place it another way?

What is the distance to basking branch, what type of fixture, and what is the bulb strength?

Thanks for the help! And is a 89-90° basking spot good or too high?
Actually that would be a temp for a mature cham. Typically over 12 months. Do you have a male or a female? Typical temps would not exceed 85 degrees at basking for a juvenile (6months). If it is younger (3 months) then not hotter then 82. If you have a female your temps would be different as well.

It is 3 months and it’s a male.

So you want to keep temps more like 82 for him for another month then you will be able to up it to 85 at basking branch. So if you have a digital reader with a probe I would hook it in at the basking branch below the heat to see what your getting. :)
