What vegetables can I feed my chams and how to I fasten them to the cage or whatnot so they will see them?

I hand feed my gal. I feed strawberries kiwis carrots apples and cucumber, but I also know that anything you can gutload with you can feed directly to your cham if they'll eat it. I use the cut it in to thin strips and wiggle it around in your fingers to make it look like a bug method.
But on another note I have a little guy that wont eat anything that doesn't move like a bug and wont hand feed.

You can use dandelion greens, kale, collards, endive, escarole, mustard greens, carrots, squash, zucchini, sweet potatoes, sweet red pepper and a small amount of fruit (apple, pear, melon, berries, etc.). They should all be cut into appropriate sizes that they can ingest easily.

I Feed Regularly:
Mustard Greens
Collard Greens
Dandelion Greens
Dandelion Flowers
Celery Greens

I Feed the Following in Small Amounts:
Shredded Carrot (Sliced to smaller bites, Not Chunks)
Cucumber
Zucchini
Black Berries
Blue Berries
Strawberries

Note: My Chams don't like fruit at all, its hit or miss for me.
