Mohammed has never been held and getting so aggressive that when I go into the cage to make adjustments or feed him...he hisses!!!

You have to look at the situation from the cham's point of view. Humans are much bigger (and scarier) and he sees you as a threat. You will have to condition him with positive actions, example hand feeding, or free range time. With slow movements and persistence he will eventually come around.
 
Well it's starting to become a pain in terms of trying to handle her to feel for eggs! I just want to make sure I can take care of her and handle her when the situation presents itself.

I've tried associating myself with food, treats, etc. To no avail.

Before anyone asks, yes, it's a she, and her name, is Mohammed.

Don't ask why, just accept it. We're in a new day and age. She was confused once, but not anymore.

I named my female panther Kermit. Sometimes it just fits :ROFLMAO:
