Veiled Chameleon Eye Bags

hey guys, I have a Veiled chameleon about 2 years old now and he has these bags under his eyes. I've heard mixed opinions on wether or not they are normal or a sign of possibly some sort of eye issue/irritation)

Are both eyes looking like this?
Yes sorry, should've mentioned that. Both eyes look identical. I've looked up photos of male veiled ladies to see if they compare and it appears some have the bags and some don't, just making sure it's normal

I agree with dehydration, It was my first thought when I saw the pictures, and even if you do have a mist king maybe he's just not getting enough water during the misting and needs longer misting sessions. But don't take my word for it. Handsome boy though.

OP - kinyonga meant what color are the urates? Spell check must have changed it. Often times one minute isn't even long enough to entice a cham to begin drinking, much less allow enough time to drink once they've started. It's possible that he recognizes the water quickly and then gets enough from the droplets on the leaves but rather unlikely.

It mists for 1 minute and 10 seconds every 2.5-3 hours. Maybe I should change it to less frequent longer mistings?
