Veiled chameleon not acting right and eye trouble.

He's having a problem with his right eye again. There's a solid lump in the front of his eye. He let me move it to his eye lid but it wouldn't come out. It's kind of translucent. It looks like this.

Is this a different chameleon? This picture doesn't look like a veiled, but I could be wrong.

Its the same one. I pulled the picture off the internet for an example. Its hard to get a picture of his eye.

I don't think it's a solid mass. It's not moving.
