Veiled Chameleon's Disproportionate Leg

prices vary. i think my vet for a general wellness exam is 40

the reason i think it's dislocated is the shape of the leg. you can clearly see what would be the femur (not sure what it's called for a chameleon) with the ball joint at the end. just looks like it was popped out of the socket. but like you said, with no signs of discomfort i have no idea what would cause that

It could be an old injury that he can still use. Just because it's dislocated doesn't mean that he can't use it. I have a dislocated finger that I can still use, the muscles just leaned to cope with it.
 
I just wanted to let everyone know that I've talked to a vet and, without seeing my chameleon, she thought it could either be a dislocation or possibly cancer. I am going to take my chameleon to visit the vet on Friday, I'll post again if we figure out what's wrong just so anyone who comes along with this same problem will have an idea of what the issue could be. Thanks for all the help guys.
