Veiled has colors under 3 months old?

I hatched this guy on july 4th and he is already showing some blue/yellow with hints of orange. He is one of two from this clutch that i kept, (the rest I sold). Has anybody else seen colors on a veiled this young? Roughly 2.5 months old.

Last picture is other held back and no colors besides the usual
