Any idea what this is? He hasn't eaten much in the past 2 weeks so he hasn't pooped anything. Probably going to take him to the vet this week but wanted to see if you guys know what these spots are. And don't worry about his tail, he was born with a kinked tail.

age- 13 months
enclosure- all sides glass with open top and vent on bottom for circulation.
Humidity usually stays around 70 percent
feeding- mainly superworms sprinkled with jbl microcalcium gut loaded with arugula, apples, and oranges every other day
I'll add more info if needed, just trying to figure out what's going on. Thanks in advance!

A superworm focused diet could cause an impaction. Superworms only make up about 15%-20% of my guys diets. As for the spots near his vent I would say sperm plugs.

Did you wipe the spots off and have a look under a magnifying glass? Do they move? Tapeworms segments look like that--and move--before they dry up.

When you take him to the vet, have the vet look at the swelling on his lower jaw.

You think those two white bumps above his vent are sperm plugs? The one to the left looks like its coming out of the vent if you look you look up close but I am not sure about the one on the right! Edit: I enlarged the photo and I think you are right! lol I would try and wipe them off with a qtip and see if they are removable.

Hopefully he still took him to the vet- I did see other issues and a fecal is definitely in order. I enlarged the pic of the white spots too- I said sperm plugs due to the thread-like part between the larger spots.
