put the insect and the calcium powder in a container and just shake them. they should look like little ghosts. then just put them in the viv

either way. i usually just let my insects free range so the chams can use their hunting instincts.

It doesent matter, if your cham is young, i would cup feed, but if there are holes in your cage, you should prob cup feed.

no mealworms. they are all shell and fat. no nutrients whatsoever. wax worms only for treats on occasion

Yea lighting, make sure the basking spot is atleast 6 inches below the light, to prevent burns
