i asked this question recently and learned alot!
first off, are you using supplements? some chams will eat some fruits and veggies but most of their vitamins should be coming from gutloading his feeders and dusting them with supplements

and back to your original question, some chams will eat veggies like kale, romaine lettuce, collard greens, and i was even told about a cham who loved cilantro! sometimes they will also eat bananas, strawberries, apples, and blueberries but you gotta be sure the pieces are small enough.
just to be clear tho, without proper gutloading and supplements, they will not be getting all the nutrition and vitamins they need!

Smeagie wont eat strawberries, apples or pears
He likes kale and blueberries. Actually, any kind of greens he will eat.
I tried mellon, and he doesnt recognize the stuff as a food at all!!
He will eat any kind of bug or worm though!!
I offer kale, romaine, collard greens, turnip greens, carrot shreds, and also gutload with the same. I am going to try blueberries and strawberries to see if he will like them, but I'm not doing this for nutritional value. I rely on the gutload for that. Anything else is just a bonus!

It's just a nice change and treat for them to have a berry every once in a while.
First time, it took a while before Smeagol would eat a blueberry.
I had to keep it moving in my hand, rolling back and forth, then he snagged it and got this big surprised look on his face.
Now he recognizes them, and wolfs them down with glee
