Want a live plant in my enclosure what’s good?

TL,

Welcome to the forum. There are several chameleon safe plants to be had. If you haven't already, take a look at the list here:

https://www.chameleonforums.com/care/plants/

For what it's worth, I can't keep a hibiscus or ficus "well." The current Schefflera Arboricola, with cactus mix (fast draining soil) grows like a weed in my enclosure. I switch out two different Schefflera Arboricola's every six months or so. They get pretty thin at the bottom in six months. My experience with ficus is they drop their leaves quickly for me and hibiscus, well.... they just die in the enclosure. I keep a couple in the yard and feed Lucky hibiscus flowers now and then.

Thanks for the reply, I’ve just got fake plants right now, and my new Cham is coming Tuesday. I will have to look into those plants...Thanks for the link I’m new to the forum...don’t know how to navigate yet...

Lots of info to be had here. Use the categories in the green bar at the top of the page and the search bar. If you're not careful you'll be reading into the wee hours of the night. Glad you found the site.

Well, people say that pothos are good and they wouldn’t be wrong. The only problem is I can’t get them to grow, they just stay relatively the same size I got them as.

That's a good info. It should always come with a warning. So should the whole chameleon thing.

Thanks...he’s here from FLChams and has eaten a few crickets ...but here hidden behind a hanging plant(fake)...I’m very excited...will do a picture as soon as he isn’t so stressed...I just got him in his enclosure less than an hour ago. He’s so little \O/ !

Harry Jr is here :)
