Hi,
I have a chameleon and he is 9 months old. Im am wondering, when he does a poo recently, theres a long brown bit, a long white bit and then water all around it, clear water. The poo itself is formed and so is the white bit. so whats the water surrounding it?
Thanks

That's not a bad thing.
Your chameleon is well hydrated.
This can happen when feeding silkworms or horn worms due to the high moisture content in the feeders.

Sounds good to me. He's well hydrated. The brown part should be nice and damp, and it's not unusual for a little bit of clear liquid to be along with it. I'd only be worried if the whole thing was watery.

You're doing a good job.

I have found this aswell to be the case soon after feeding a large hornworm or large silkies. The urate is white and the poo is firm and brown but theres quite a bit of clear fluid (water like) along with the whole mix. ;)
