Yesterday I saw a water fall that states it's "perfect for chameleons". Seeing as how my veiled won't drink water from a dish I don't know if I believe this claim or not. Does anyone have any opinions on this system?

Since you're just starting out with your little guy it's very important to make sure you're on the right track to prevent any problems in the future. Could you please fill this out by copying it and inserting your responses:
Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Panther Chameleon, Male, 4 months. Had him a week.Handling - Everyday
Feeding - Locusts, at least 5-8 a day, Calcium dusted, Gut loaded with Kale
Supplements - Pro Cal I think or Pro Rep? Calcium dust and a supplement with D3Watering - Mist, Twice a day a few minutes each time, I see him drink from the leaves.Fecal Description - Dark droppings with a white blob. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites? - NO
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you. Straight from the breeder to me.

Cage Type -Exo-terra glass terrarium 90cm x 45cm x 60cm
Lighting - 2 Exo-terra 25w UV tubes 2.0% and 5.0%, also a 75w Exo-terra basking sun-glo bulb, Lights all on for 12 hours.Temperature - 90F to 70F? Lowest overnight temp? 65-70 How do you measure these temps? 2 digital thermoeter and hydrometerHumidity - What are your humidity levels? 45% to 80% once misted. How are you creating and maintaining these levels? Misting.
Plants - Are you using live plants? Not yet! ordered Cheese plant and bromeiliadsPlacement - Where is your cage located? Dinning room Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? Near the main door in and out of the house At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? 5ft.

That will give us an idea of how you're doing and we can point out any improvements you might want to make before they become problems later! Everyone who gets a chameleon starts off with something that needs to be changed, even the experts.
i haven been feeding my crickets greens and crickets food, is the multivitamin still nessecary?
