Waxworm care

update

i left them out. they have now started turning into moths. i had 3 but 2 flew away(into chloes pothos..hmm). now i have one waxmoth and a few more to "hatch". hopefully i'll get atleast 2 and one is a male the other a female. if not im buying more anyway and trying again. its super easy for anyone who wants to try aswell. ^^

In the past when I have purchased waxworms, I was told to just let them be.. chill in their wood shavings and that's it. I've had them for a few weeks chillin outside in a little container on my balcony with no problems and no moths.

hmm. i had mine in my room and just let them b. they did pritty well although theres a good die off of non-cacooning waxworms. + 2 much honey makes them die within the hour. so i wouldnt use honey (if you did.)
