We have eggs!

Yesterday I thought we had an escape, I was looking all over for Marceline was sure she escaped as me and the wife could not find her. As it turns out she was dug very deep into her umbrella plant so much so that we over looked it, when she magically returned this morning she was very dirty and much thinner after taking the plant out of its container we found 18 eggs at the bottom very happy and now the waiting begins

Stupid question. Did you mate her with a male before? Did you expect here laying eggs around that time? It sounds you didn't but I could be wrong.

Anyway, congrats on the eggs Keep us updated.

Yes we mated her and we expected her to lay eggs we had a bin set up I did not expect her to lay eggs in the umbrella plant and in the attached picture you can see the path she took in the dirt
