Weekend Pictures

Vegas Darci

Tiki Tiki Reptiles
Chad and I had a nice weekend at home getting a lot of stuff done. Lately our weekends have been so chaotic with Chad working or us being away, it was great to get some of the little things done that always seem to get put off. We also had a chance to take a few pictures that I thought I would share.

Here is Moe Mellers about to get a worm.

A wider shot with Melonie trying to hide. Not doing a very good job I must say. :D

Here are Moe and Molonie after getting weighed. I forget what they weigh, however Mel is 22” long.

Here are a few pictures of Tiki Tiki Reptiles at the Tucson show. Also, think you very much James (Sang) for the help, could have not done it without you.

And finally Chad and I got a few new pets this weekend as well!
I got 2 silky chickens! Well, they are still small chicks however they don’t grow too large and they are super cute! When I saw them Chad knew I just had to have them.

Chad has been wanting to get button quail for a while so since I got a new pet he said he had to get some too. He actually has plans for the quail so I guess I can put up with them. They are actually kinda cute too.

Very nice Darci, thanks for sharing! You guys have a full house thats for sure;) looks great, has got to be another 40 hour a week job for you 2 on top of your day job!

very nice!!
i love the dog too, is that a French Bulldog? I can't wait for a dog..I really admire bulldogs. For now I'll stick to my chams :)

4th picture down, you have a man staring at your mellers.

Haha...I saw that too...We cut up a bunch of election signs after they were over and used them to separate our cages...that one just happens to have the guys face in it. haha.

And yes Stefan, I finally just named him Watermelon b/c I couldn't think of anything else and it does kinda fit his description.

Beautiful animals, I love your mellers and Mr. Bean! I have been bugging my wife for some button quail for awhile...I hope she caves soon :D

Button Quail.....For Mellers and Parsons?:D

Nick

Yep, they are ment to lay eggs that we can hatch out then feed to our animals. We have quite a few chams and dragons that would enjoy that kind of snack. They are cool little birds, they almost sound like frogs.

We have 2 frenchie dogs and 1 bostom that help guars the reptile house :)

Darci I had a three day Silky chick and I named him Nugget. He was the best little Rooster when he grew up. Quite the Ladies man. :D
