weird behavior?

Hi! So this morning when I went to turn on my baby's lights- I saw him all the way at the bottom of the cage (which was a little wet) then he saw me got really upset and had some awesome colors, and then went to climb up the side of the cage. I've never seen him at the bottom so I don't know if he was there because it was wet or he was looking for food.
He's about 10 wks old now

Its possible he was looking for food, or he was just exploring.

Chams sometimes like to explore their cages so they will go to the bottom, chill and then go back up to bask.

as long as he doesn't hang out there a lot, its probably ok.

It's also possible that he chose to sleep down there
