Weird bugs in screen cage please help!

So I bought a used small Reptibreeze cage the other day. I dont have my chameleon yet because I want to get everything it needs first. The lady I bought it from had washed it out at the store and I watched her but I was going to start decorating the cage and I found a couple of beetles and meal worm skins? Is there any way I can get rid of these little bugs? And how should I clean the screen cage when I get my baby veiled cham? Thanks and Happy Holidays.

Hello, prior to using the cage sit it in the shower and spray it with bleach. Then you need to rinse the cage several times and let it dry or blow dry it. Then it will be safe your your new baby.

Id wash it out with some diluted bleach water and rinse very well and let it dry in the sun
