Weird marks on female veiled lately

My female veiled Lily has had some crazy marks and colours lately! It's starting to get cold here, I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it? Sometimes she has some really nice blue spots and a blue stripe going up her veil and then today she looked like this:

Normal? Should I be worried?

Here's a pic of her setup:

I think the way she is standing? Sometimes I can see bulges between all her ribs, and sometimes I see none. I hope that's normal lol

I'm curious as to what those bumps are as well. Hopefully a more experienced member will chime in here, as I would like to know what that is.

Oh no...I hope she's okay...could she be gravid maybe? Not fertile though, she hasn't been with a male.

Her appetite has decreased slightly but she still eats, mostly superworms lately. The only time I see her go to the bottom of her enclosure or near the bottom is when she poops, other than that she's up top. I have a big tote I use for my bearded dragons, but I've gotten rid of the dirt that was in it so I'll have to get more. Or is it sand I use? Or both?

Okay I will try to see if anywhere is open today, probably not though so I may have to wait until tomorrow. She hasn't been going to the bottom of her tank, think maybe she just isn't quite ready yet? I though I read they go kinda nuts like scratching at the cage and roaming the bottom constantly? She just basks all day, goes back and forth between her two spots (the one directly beneath the heat lamp, the other beneath her new reptisun 5.0.). But I'll still get a bin ready. She is currently in my bedroom which is why I have that red sheet there so I can put it up so I'm not bugging her all the time, but should I move her up to a more private room?

Can you find a home improvement store? You can usually find big tubs and play sand places like that. Do give her privacy. Could you maybe get a darker sheet or some towels to wrap around most of the cage? You want to leave a little place where you can peek in. You can even use newspaper.

For some reason I want to say you shouldn't use the red sheet. It just seems like a stress inducing color, particularly if it's wrapped around the cage and there is light shining through it. (if you're a Seinfeld fan, think about the episode when Kenny Roger's Chicken opens up across the street....)

Hmm I never really thought about that, the sheet I mean. I think I will put her upstairs into the office where she will be alone almost all day unless I decide to go up there to do some homework (and even then I'd be sitting there quietly). Then I'll just take the sheet off. I've been thinking of putting her up there anyway as it's brighter up there as well.
I'll get some sand tomorrow after school, she hasn't been searching the bottom of her cage at all so I assume this isn't an emergency situation at the moment (I do understand the seriousness of egg binding, don't worry!) plus nothing was open since it's a holiday.

Are those colours/markings a definite sign of her being gravid?

They do look like gravid colors.

My female was similar in coloring when she laidher second clutch.

But no matter what, a female should always have a lay bin in her cage, in case.
this way, you never accidently miss the signs of egg laying.

Okay Lily has a lay bin now. It consists of damp sand in a large rubbermaid bin, probably about 2'x2'x1.5' with about a foot of sand. It JUST fit into the bottom of her enclosure and I put a few sticks in the sand so she can get in and out. She is also in a private room by herself. Sound good? Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Lily is about a year and 8 months old and this will be her first time laying eggs (as far as I know anyway... previous owner said she never laid any). Is this normal and will this mean she's going to start producing clutches more often? What is an average amount of infertile clutches in a year for a female veiled chameleon?
