Weird thing in feces?

I came home from school today and I checked on Specs, my 3 month old ambilobe male. I noticed that in one of the droppings on the bottom of the cage, there was this weird whitish stringy thing in it. I know its not exactly pleasant to look at but heres a picture:

What exactly is it, and is it anything serious?

I got Specs just about two weeks ago. He is my first ever cham and hes been doing pretty well. There was some trouble feeding him for the first few days, but after he took to cup feeding, he started eating a regular 12 or so crickets a day. Yesterday though, I noticed he didnt finish them, and I also noticed that again today. He only ate about half both times. I thought it might be because the crickets were dying in the cup for some reason. This recent batch of crickets I just got seem to be dying pretty quickly.
I also just recently relocated his cage, so that could also have something to do with being food picky maybe. I just didnt know if the strange feces and the appetite loss had some sort of connection, or maybe just a coincidence.

It didnt really look like urate to me. Thats why I was concerned. The shape and coloration arent what I normally see.. and plus the urate is the tiny bit of white on the right.

Yeah... hes only around 3 months and hes about the length of my finger.. Is it possible to be getting that at that young..?

Ive fed him waxworms before.. but not since last Friday at least, I want to say. Saturday at the most. I dont know how long it takes for those to digest.

It looks like a sperm plug to me.

I tend to think as long as there's no evidence of trauma (like blood) every animal can be forgiven the occasional odd poop. If it starts to be a consistent thing, it might want to be checked by a vet.
