My adult male Kenyan xanth will eat 5-6 3/4 to one inch dubia every other day. He's a big guy 110-125 grams. The only time he's not checking out his feeder is when his mate shows up. They have adjoining cages with a small window where she can go see him if she wants to. If she starts hanging out there I know she's receptive and I can put them together.
My point is if this doesn't pass soon then you should consider other issues. Likely he will just start cleaning out his feeder soon.
