OK, there are 2 types of 'spoiler' buttons. That one can be found on the toolbar with the "quotes", GIF, and emoticons. It looks like an eye with a slash through it.

The other, useful for words & phrases, can be found with the supplemental formatting controls. Looks like a mask.
