i used a 75 watt basking (zilla) and a 5.0 uvb light exo terric repti glow

A ordinary white housebulb is all you need. that is what most of us use. You do not need any special bulb for basking. Cheap and inexpensive! Try a 40 watt bulb or so and get your basking temp in the low 80's to 80 degree range. If 40 does not work, then try a 20 or 60 etc whatever it takes to get to that temp.

SPOT ON!! One thing I will add is that you need to have a dome that is not "focused" on one area... Give a wider dome to make sure that the heat is dispursed over a greater area, thus reducing the risk of getting a "hot spot" that can burn your ham which can be a common issue with the veiled chams it seems... This also helps if you use a reptisun "compact" which technically doesn't qualify as a compact but still is
This works to do the same as with the basking in not creating a focused beam, the difference is that with the UVB it can hurt the chams eyes... Just thought I would throw my two cents out there Similar threads
