What do women want???

As we stand , this is what i have planned... Few things may change

I got a sitter for Sat-Monday

Head to AC (Atlantic City) on Sat morning.. heading back Monday morning.
While there , do a dinner reservation, flowers and macaroons.http://thejetshopper.com/2011/04/10/macaron-cafe-a-taste-of-paris-in-nyc-part-deux/img_1217/. R&R!!

Head back Monday Morning (back to work for me)..

Getting someone for Tuesday for a housecall ink session is iffy rite now. Might hold off on that. But i'll make an appointment at a SPA for her on Tuesday for mani/pedi/waxx/massage and wine!!:D

Do you hire out as a husband? You could get a lot of business.

Well we have been together for almost 7 years (V-Day is coming up). She has everythingg and wants nothing...

I need help planning something romantic:rolleyes:.. Any ideas?

a romantic walk at the park with a nice picnic, at the end of the day bring her to a chic restaurant that you wouldn't usually go to.... present her with a box of chocolates and red roses..... this is my opinion of romantic

Oh darn Laurie you got your place in line before me!! :D
Besides I don't think his wife really wants to share... as far as that goes... I don't think my unromantic husband will let me to rent anyone :(

Sounds nice. Wish it wasn't 20* and snowing

Lmaooo. You guys (gals) are funny. And no she won't share and I'm not for hire.

Karma's idea is perfect as long as you substitute a toy pig....

Imagine it: the note says "I'll love you when pigs fly" (so, she sort of hates you for a moment)...she opens it and a pig flies out.

Get yourself a lightweight toy pig and a helium balloon big enough to lift it. Find a box big enough to house that.

That's killer.

If you want more: make her something. If she's into Harry Potter, make her a wand. If she likes to make lists, make her a custom "to do" book....when it comes to gifts, your time is worth about $250/hour*.... don't be a scrooge and send her a 15 minute bouquet.

Though...if she works in an office with lots of other women, bouquets of flowers (ROSES!) are quadrupled in value, so a dozen roses delivered to the office in front of all her co-workers would be worth a lot!

*I'm old, accept it as truth! LOL

This! Especially the flower thing! What woman doesn't want the other ladies to be jealous?!? In a good way of course.

Anything handmade and thoughtful is worth it's weight in gold (to me anyways.) One gift I will never forget, is this beautiful mosaic my boyfriend made me. I've been meaning to turn it into a table one of these days.

sucks you live in NYC and its cold this time of year.

but here's an idea, aside from flowers. make it an "in" night. Make her a candle lit dinner (her favorite meal) and just "TALK". after 7 years, it'd probably sweep her off her feet to know her man is still interested in her and what she does, and where shes at in life.

Then a night of body and foot rubs awaits, after a romantic bubble bath of course. the rest.. well that's up to ya'll ;)

HEY! Maybe living in NYC isnt that bad, maybe you could fit in a nice horse and carriage ride in the evening somewhere. =O
