what do ya think of my gutload???

chereos
dash of garlic
mulberry leaves
hibiscus leaves
hibiscus flower
quaker oats oatmeal
dash of poppy seed
half orange
raw walnut
raw peanuts

i just blended it i dont see y i would freeze it:confused::confused: anyway my roaches love it:D
oh and i forgot to mention i also put in a few popcorn kernels:D
 
Freezing is a double edged sword. If you had blended all those items up and froze them they do lose nutritional value however you run the risk of spoilage keeping the cold.
 
Go easy or eliminate the Cheerios and the oat meal altogether. It has a high phosphorus level which can cause problems with a proper calcium/phosphorus ratio.
 
Skip or use only a tiny amount of the cheerios, the corn, skip the peanuts, and the oats.

Mulberry leaves are good. Hibiscus leaves and flowers are good.
The orange is fine.
A few walnuts now and then are fine.

Consider adding alfafa, a bit of algae (like spirulina) or seaweed (powdered kelp or even those roasted sheets for sushi), and sesame seeds, and dandelion leaves, rocket, mustard greens, and/or basil.
