what do you gutload with?

well ive been gutloading my locusts with kale greens,savoy cabbage & dried cranberries for the past week.
i want to gutload them with different things so could you give me some ideas? on what you gutload with

Check out Sandrachameleons blogs here, they are excellent. Most of the stuff you can add on to your grocery list, others you can get from health food shops. Once you make a batch it will last for ages.

Kale is good, but has something funny in it (I can't remember what exactly..starts with an O...)
I'm not sure if it would pass onto the cham through the feeder, but I wouldn't use kale all the time.

I currently use collards, and I've heard dandelion is excellent as well. Other than that, almost any veg I have scraps of can go to my feeders, epically crickets (carrots, peppers, cucumber ect...)

I think if you change it up or add something different every week you should providing a good spectrum of nutrients.

I use Cricket Crack, Repashy Bug Burger and a leaf of kale, mustard, etc.
That's all I do.

go easy on the kale and cabbage (oxalic acid, goitrgens)
