Like the title says ... I'm curious what members are using for gutload?

I use oats, ground sunflower seeds, spirulina powder, lettuce, apple, raw potato, raw carrots.....

I use collard greens, kale, butternut squash, carrot, apple, sweet potato, orange, celery leaves and dry gutload.

For crickets, I use a fair bit of dandelion leaves, mustard greens, romaine, carrot, apple, orange, squash, yam and sweet potatoe, bee pollen, spirulina, dried seaweed, dried alfalfa, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, hemp seed, ... other stuff

I gutload the roaches and other bugs differently.

I use cricket crack with an occasional orange and potato. C.C. is just loaded with good stuff.

Oranges, dark greens and twice a week i use powdered baby parrot formula . The powdered formula has no animal protein Cain! LOL

apples, carrots, seet potatoe, yams, dandelion greend, mustard greens, kale, sqush, collard greens. and dry stuff. i just use a store bought gut load.

Carrots, yams, dandelion, and whatever fruit Ive got kicking around. Sometimes buy a dry gutload from the person I bought the chameleon from.

I use the salad mix for my iguanas. It has mustard and collard greens, peas, squash, bell pepper and other various veges. I also use dry cricket mix from flukers. Occasionally I will use small amounts of fruit.

I would think no on the peanut.

I agree.. I looked up the nutr data, its almonds that have high calc (I got confused)

edit: lol.. just found this maybe we should just gutload with "Total"

i just chop :)

I use carrots, yams, potato, orange, apples, kale, spirulina, bee pollen, hemp seeds, kelp, collard greens, romaine and dandelion. I have started trialling goji berries in very small amounts as its a super antioxidant for humans so I am interested in what it does for chams

I'm not the grocery go getter but my wife’s 75% sure she’s seen it in the stores here in FL

I have been attempting to make my own dry load... dehydrated carrots, fruit, taters, oats, greens. I haven’t fed any of it to my feeders yet, they might drop dead, lol.. I powder all my ingredients with the wife’s coffee grinder :D

Anyone use cat food? I thought I seen that somewheres
