What do you make of this photo?

At Petco this female baby Veiled seemed to be either sniffing the vent of her cage mate or "snuggling" with her male cage mate. Or is it some sort of show of dominance?

Looks like two unhealthy chameleons sitting near one another.

Yah they are about to through down! LOL Just kidding Look like two baby chameleons to me, but hey I wasn't there.

If I had to guess, it would be that they're both trying to be in the prime basking spot, if there is one in that enclosure.

They are just trying to share a desirable perch. No one is really dominating anyone else, based on their calm coloration. The cham on the left is very slightly spotted which could mean its not as contented as the one on the right.
