See, I think that's too thin ?I think the density looks pretty good, maybe a little too much though, in my personal opinion. My umbrella tree was a bit dense and I found my panther would avoid the dense areas entirely since he couldn't easily walk through the leaves/vines. Once I pruned the branches a bit he would roam those areas more.
As long as you provide areas for him hide, and get away from basking/UVB I think that is fine, the entire cage doesn't need to be a hiding place.
Here's my setup

Yeah that's a good idea. I have a ton of branches for him and chill spots. Hopefully he likes it! I made it so the top and middle don't have a lot of density but gives the appearance that it does. That way he can chill on the branch and won't be stuck in leaves but still be "hidden". Eeeeeek I'm so excited!Yeah, its just what I think my cham likes, your cham may prefer the denseness. See how it plays out and adjust if needed.
That's cool, yeah it's hard to get a full perspective from a picture. When is your cham coming in, or do you have it?Yeah that's a good idea. I have a ton of branches for him and chill spots. Yeah, that's what I like about it, I wanted it to have depth and layers. But, you're right, he may want less. I did the two pot method so it would take like 20 seconds to pop one out. I think they *may* ship Monday. They first need to see if he's readyThat's cool, yeah it's hard to get a full perspective from a picture. When is your cham coming in, or do you have it?
