what does it mean when

hi just wondering what does it mean when his white lines become brighter down his sides sometimes there less visable then other times

When I take my chams out to get some sunlight. The White turns really bright. When mine bask underneath the light in there cage the white turns really bright.

yeah looks as if it happens when hes at the top of the enclosure soaking up the light
