What does this mean to our basking lamps?

I was not aware that incandescent light were going away. What will we use for basking bulbs?

"Specialty" incandescent bulbs are exempted and will still be made.

I've already switched to halogen bulbs. They're much better and you can normally buy bulk pretty cheap!
