What is it about chameleons

When I look at Stanley it amazes me... I'm not pushing a belief but when I look at a chameleon I see a creature God perfectly constructed, its awe inspiring, looking into their eyes... What is it about these creatures that is so attractive? So captivating? I know for me it is the emotion... They can convey the entire pallet... Happy, sad, angry, lonely, hungry... especially hungry... Without even having to make a sound... Their colors say a million words and I understand them all... What about you... What captivates you about these perfect creatures...

That's like asking this person why they love corn snakes and breed them or why that person loves crested geckos. We all like this or that reptile for some reason, or maybe no specific reason at all. It's not a crime to just simply like something for it being what it is.

I've yet to own a cham or really even handle one because I don't want to rush into it and end up killing or harming it, but this totally makes me want to get one even more now, and I'm STILL not 100% certain on the exact species I want. :p

Asking someone why they love their chameleon is like asking someone why they love their family or their child. And all the reasons you said, they say a million words without making a sound. And it seems to me almost that my cham almost has a personlike personality. They are like a bestfriend in a cute little colorful body
