What is the best food for chameleons?

I recently got this book, thoughts for food, from the bookstore on the forum and on top of it having great info on insect care it also has sources on where to buy some of the insects

Side note -- can you search inside a thread? Do you know? I wanted to search in the giant area by area vet list in the health clinic but couldn't figure out how.

I recommend Dr. Nakamura at Adobe Animal Hospital in Los Gatos. He helped me get my chameleon back to good health after my initial poor husbandry because I was in elementary school and it was my first pet. That was 20 years ago and he's still there now.
