What is this white crystalline stuff on net?

I’ve noticed this patch of gunk right below where my chameleon sleeps at night. Any ideas what this is? At first I thought urine, but have read that may not be correct.

I can't see it either but I can tell you that their urine is white and solid. Males will also pass sperm plugs that are white-ish.

Does your fogger or mister hit that spot? Depending on the water you use could it be minerals from the water? If it’s tap water maybe.

Ideally you want to remove the net. They are very bad for chameleons because they grow bacteria and you can not clean them. But also they can get their nails caught in them and break them off. Female chams have some specific husbandry requirements since they will lay infertile eggs.
