What kind of chameleon is this?

That is a female jackson, probably a xantholophus.
Correction: That is definitely a female Trioceros jacksonii xantholophus. I would guess just under a year old.

Could you find out where that animal was found exactly?
I mean like what type of foliage(if it was in foliage) how far off the ground, what the weather was like, and where at exactly on the island?
It would be really, really, really, nice if you could

Here is what my aunt said about where she found her.
"Found upcountry Maui at the pineapple winery. Found one there 3 years ago too. Last one had horns. Actually some little boy found it. On a tree trunk. Kid said it was on lower part of tree. About 2 feet off ground. When I got it she was about 4 feet up. I found one at botanical garden in fern last year. I have not seen them by beach or our condo but I'm always looking. Only speedy geckos around the condo."
