It looks like they are in a forest. Most likely came upon the scene. I would hope.

Well if it's in a house that couch is really dirty with leaves and things. I think that could be outside in their back yard or something maybe. The scary thing is what are they doing on the couch. I assume the fell since they are kinda laying on their sides and back.

Those are Common or Mediterranean chameleons (Chamaeleo chamaeleon).

I was going to say Mediterranean but I have never seen one in person so I didn't want to give wrong info.
