I bought my chameleon from the reptile expo about seven months ago. He is almost 8 months old now and I know that it is a panther, but the breeder played a odd game of panther roulette he called it. There was no telling which parent the chameleon came from. And the purpose was to make some of the chameleons cheaper than others for some of the people that couldn’t afford the more expensive ones. Lucky my boy is coming out very nice. Was wondering what kind of panther it is though and if anyone could tell from the features.
His front half looks like ambilobe, but his back half looks like something else to me. I’m going to guess that he is a mix of locales.
