What lighting would be best?

I have a veiled male he’s 4-5 months old. He has a reptibreeze XL 24x24x48. I’ve had him for 3 weeks and I’m looking to get him better lighting as the one I have is not good.
Which one would be a better choice for my Cham?
I know the bulb has to be 10.0

I use T5 5.0 for my Veileds.
They spend a lot of time in the upper areas of my enclosures and I have a UVB of a out 4 through the screen.
The 5.0 tube most often is the type that comes in the fixture, too.

Yes. Use the T5. Unless you happen to have a HUGE tall enclosure! Chances are no one keeping a juvenile has it in something that large.

well it is an adult cage... it is 4 feet tall.

If it's a factory mesh screen them a 10 wouldn't hurt.

T5 10.0 is too strong period unless you have a meter. T8 10.0 is fine for everyone.

well it is an adult cage... it is 4 feet tall.

T5HO 5.0/6% single reflector. That will easily hit 3.0 UVI with screen at 8-10", and have usable UVB down to mid cage.
