What locale and sex

Hi guys, I’m thinking of getting this guy (being advertised as male) 3 1/2 month old, but I’m wondering if his/her coloring. Ad says is a male ambilobe, and the person selling it has no information from his/her sire or dam.
My guess is that he is a YBBB with really deep blue bars, maybe red top, but I guess time will tell.What’s your opinion?

I won’t be of much health, but he does look like a male. I’m not really sure though so i don’t want to point you in the wrong direction. It’s a beautiful chameleon though!

Personally if the seller doesn’t know much about the dam/sire I would not buy but that IMO

I would also advise against buying a cham that young from someone who doesn't know the lineage. Seems a little sketch to me... It's one thing if you have an adult without lineage, but with a cham that young, if they didn't hatch it, who did?

Near impossible to know locale that young, but it looks male to me based off of the bars and hemipenal bulge.

Not a deal breaker, but looks on the skinner side.

As a side note he looks to be a grumpy one! That's how lightning was when I got him he was defensive and has taken a long time to chill out. Still grumpy though.

Thank you everyone. I got more info once I went and saw this guy personally. He is 100% ambilobe and male for sure. I spoke with the breeder over the phone and got the info that was missing. He went home with me! ?

He definitely was grumpy on the other pics.

What's going on with the eye in the 3rd pic?

It was just a weird camera angle, I guess the sun was glaring back. When I saw him in person, he is completely fine.
