What should i buy specifically before buying a veiled chameleon at the age of 3 mths?

I'm going to get a veiled chameleon but I'm not sure what to buy. Do I have to feed it live insects or could i feed it freeze dried ones?

Check the chameleon care resources on the home page. It is located on the right. It will tell you everything you need. And no, you cannot feed dead insects. The prey has to be live.

Ok thanks, I got almost all my supplies, but at the bottom of teh cage its around 60 to 70 degrees and at the top/ basking spot its 90 degrees how do I lower and make the temperature higher?
