what species is this exactly?

That is correct for a panther or Veiled but do you have any experience with this species? I think that is wrong in this case but am not sure.

lol yeah hopefully i dont need something that big...my enclosure can only hold so much. and i have thick foliage as it is.

well she doesnt close her eyes when she's on the lower areas. just chills there. i take her with her enclosure outside 3 times a week. the temperature here gets around 80s, no clouds and light breeze. is that ok? because whenever i take her out she would go on the mesh cage side and bask, which she never does when indoors. and she seems to love the sun. and also if i take her outside 3 times a week should i decrease the amount i dust crickets with d3? and how important is gutloading for her? because im still unfamiliar with gutloading. i have the fluker's cricket quencher orange goo gutload and the reptivite d3 powder.

Lurking at the base of plants is pretty typical deremensis behavior. The more you fill her cage with foliage the more of it she will use, but deremensis are not overly active compared to a fischeri. If the outdoor temp goes over 80 bring her indoors unless you can spray the cage a lot. Deremensis are not big baskers (but they do bask for short times especially if the night before was cooler). I suspect they can get burned more quickly than some other species under a focused beam basking light or dehydrated fairly fast if they overheat in full sun. Go for moderation and avoid extremes.

This is a serious montane species, so you only want to be giving her D3 once every 2 weeks at most, multivitamins once every month to 6 weeks. A very light dusting of plain calcium daily, and I mean very light. She may well be a recent import so again don't overdo the supplements. Gutloading is the best and safest way to keep a cham healthy. The species doesn't matter...they all need good gutloading. The cricket quencher is not great; I would not use it especially with a recent import that may be gravid. Check out forum sponsors' Cricket Crack or the Repashy diets instead.

If you don't want to PM them start a thread in the Breeding Forum asking for species specific help. (And let me know when you do I want to watch :)) I really like these Chams and do plan to get one one of these days I just can't keep my house cool enough yet so I am interested in whatever you can learn!

i will try but she's not the most outgoing. but then again it might have to do with that i just got her. i mean she will accept crickets from my hand but i will have to stand there for like 10 minutes until she decides that im not a threat. also if she does lay fertile eggs, i will be sure to let you know and hook you up :D
