I'm almost sure its an Indian chameleon or chamaeleo zeylanicus...could be wrong,but definately in the chamaeleo genus.

Good guess. I'm sure too that's it's from this genus, but the extrem stress coloration makes the task a bit difficult, additionally, I'm not very deep into this genus. I will later take a look in my new Tillbury, maybe this can help

EDIT: I actually just saw another video of it and it doesnt look like a veiled at all.
