What temps do you take outside?

What is the highest and lowest outside temperature for taking your chams out? I have a panther, it's a nice sunny day, but it's around 60 atm. In western PA it is either hot rainy and cloudy or cooler and sunny. :/

Hi! I'm in western PA too! Anyways, I can't say about panthers, but I just started taking my Gracilior out. Those kinds like it cool (mid 60s to 70s) so this is prime time for him. I have to mist often because of the low humidity. During the summer, i limit outside time so he doesn't roast, and I'm sure to mist a LOT to keep him cool. Basically, just stick to the recommended temps for your species and keep a close eye on him. Monitor the temps and mist accordingly.
Panther keepers will be more helpful, I'm sure!

Ohio, wire cage with large sticks and no shade:
55 if its sunny
75 and sunny he only lasts 30min before hes crawling on the bottom of the wire cage wanting back in.
80 and above i might be able to wash the car before he over heats and wants back in.

On the other hand the beardie will just sit out there and bake :)

Thanks, I was wondering this too! We've been having some unseasonably warm weather in VT and I was wanting to get my little guy out, and it looks like I can.

Delaware. Panther and veileds. They live outside from mid May to mid September, 24/7. I have them in very large parrot cages that are heavily planted with live plants to ensure lots of shade if they want to get out of the sun. I freeze buckets of ice and put the ice on top of the enclosures on really hot days along with frequent frequent frequent mistings. July and August we have temps in the 90s with heat index in the 100s on some days. I'm ok with nights as low as 50 once it starts to cool off again
